  • Why should I get my wheelie bin cleaned?
Did you know your wheelie bin is a breeding ground for bacteria and mould? Aside from the obvious health concerns, the bacteria from your rotting waste is responsible for the nasty smells that come from your bins, which are attracting flies, wasps, insects and rats, particularly through the warmer months.
  • Are you a licenced Waste Carrier?
Yes Rhino Cleaning has a certificate of registration with the Environment Agency under the Waste Regulations 2011, registration number CBDU447394.
  • When will you clean my bins?
We will confirm your bin collection day once a job is booked, and will try as much as possible to clean your bin the day after the Council has emptied it - please leave your bin out in the road overnight for us to clean the next day. How often we clean your bins is up to you - we can come back every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. If for any reason your bin cannot be cleaned just after it is emptied don't worry - if there is anything in your bin when we arrive it will be removed, securely bagged, and replaced after cleaning.
  • What is a Direct Debit mandate and is it safe?
Rhino Cleaning uses a service called GoCardless to manage payment by Direct Debit mandate. This is an agreement between the customer and us that we can invoice for payment direct from your bank account. We will only ever invoice for work completed in line with the quote you have agreed with us. All payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which protects customers from payments taken in error. In the case of any incorrect or fraudulent payments, the payer is entitled to a full and immediate refund from their bank.
